Produced by Sizzle Arts Foundation, these resources are designed to help designers prepare, present, and promote their collections with confidence.
BEFORE NYFW
Designers are encouraged to review and prepare the following:
Collection readiness and final looks
Runway requirements and timelines
Model casting and fittings schedule
Music and presentation guidelines
Sustainability and ethical fashion considerations
Designers will receive official onboarding information after acceptance.
RUNWAY & PRODUCTION GUIDELINES
Designers participating in Fashion Sizzle® NYFW can expect:
Professionally produced runway shows
Assigned show schedules and call times
Backstage coordination and support
Guidelines for garments, styling, and fittings
All designers must adhere to production schedules and backstage protocols.
SUSTAINABILITY GUIDANCE
Fashion Sizzle® NYFW encourages designers to:

Reduce waste where possible
Highlight craftsmanship and longevity
Participate in sustainability-focused programming when applicable
Sustainability is encouraged and celebrated across all collections.

Designers are encouraged to actively promote their participation.
DESIGNER EXPECTATIONS
Participating designers are expected to:
Maintain professional conduct
