Fashion Sizzle® New York Fashion Week (NYFW)

Fashion Sizzle® New York Fashion Week provides models with the opportunity to walk in professionally produced runway shows during New York Fashion Week, showcasing the work of independent and established designers from around the world.

Produced by Sizzle Arts, Fashion Sizzle® NYFW is committed to inclusivity, professionalism, and creative excellence, offering models a platform to gain experience, exposure, and industry connections.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

We welcome:

• Female and male runway models

• Emerging and experienced models

• Freelance and agency-represented models

• Models of all backgrounds, identities, and looks

NYFW experience is preferred but not required.

MODEL OPPORTUNITIES

Selected models may participate in:

• Official NYFW runway shows

• Designer fittings and rehearsals

• Editorial and digital content opportunities

• Media, photo, and video coverage

• Potential casting opportunities with designers and brands

MODEL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should:

• Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, and runway presence

• Be available for fittings, rehearsals, and show days

• Follow designer and production direction

• Maintain punctuality and professional conduct

• Meet basic runway readiness standards

Specific height or size requirements may vary by designer.

Models selected for Fashion Sizzle® NYFW can expect:

• Structured casting and onboarding process

• Clear communication regarding schedules and expectations

• Professional backstage and runway environment

• Opportunities to build portfolios and industry relationships

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

The Model Application includes:

• Full name & contact information

• Height, measurements & location

• Clear headshot and full-body photos

• Runway or modeling experience (if any)

• Availability for NYFW dates

SELECTION PROCESS

All model applications are reviewed by the Fashion Sizzle® NYFW casting team. Selection is based on:

• Look and runway potential

• Confidence and presentation

• Professionalism and reliability

• Alignment with designer needs

Approved models will be contacted via email with casting details and next steps.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Participation is seasonal and not guaranteed each year

• Models must adhere to all backstage rules and schedules

• Selection does not guarantee placement in every show
