Fashion Sizzle® New York Fashion Week hosts Open Calls to discover new and emerging talent for upcoming runway shows during New York Fashion Week. Open Calls provide an opportunity for models to be seen by casting teams and designers in a professional, welcoming environment.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Open Calls are open to:
Female and male models
Emerging and experienced models
Freelance and agency-represented models
Models of all backgrounds, identities, and looks
No prior NYFW experience is required.
WHAT IS AN OPEN CALL
An Open Call is a live or virtual casting where models are evaluated for potential placement in Fashion Sizzle® NYFW runway shows. Models may be selected for:
Runway shows
Designer fittings
Future casting opportunities
WHAT TO EXPECT
Models attending an Open Call can expect:
A professional and organized casting environment
Evaluation by the Fashion Sizzle® NYFW casting team
Opportunities to be considered by participating designers
Clear next steps if selected
WHAT TO BRING / PREPARE
Models should be prepared with:
Clean, natural look (minimal makeup preferred)
Fitted black or neutral clothing
Heels (female models) / clean shoes (male models)
Comp card or digital portfolio (if available)
Confidence, professionalism, and punctuality

Attendance does not guarantee selection
Selection is based on designer needs and runway requirements
