This Purchase Policy applies to all purchases made through the Fashion Sizzle® New York Fashion Week website, including tickets, applications, sponsorships, services, and donations.

Fashion Sizzle® New York Fashion Week is produced by Sizzle Arts Foundation.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

• No exchanges or credits are guaranteed

• Purchases are made at your own discretion

This policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:

• Event tickets (general admission, VIP, reserved seating)

• Application fees (designers, models, press, influencers, exhibitors, volunteers, beauty professionals)

• Sponsorships and partnership fees

• Services, packages, or add-ons

• Digital products or access passes

NO REFUNDS – NO EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Travel or accommodation issues

• Illness or personal emergencies

• Event modifications or lineup changes

• Failure to attend or participate

• Incomplete or unsuccessful applications

EVENT, PROGRAM & SERVICE CHANGES

Fashion Sizzle® NYFW reserves the right to:

• Modify event dates, venues, schedules, or formats

• Adjust programming, participants, or experiences

• Cancel or reschedule events or services

Such changes do not entitle purchasers to a refund.

APPLICATION & PARTICIPATION FEES

• Application fees are processing fees and are non-refundable

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance

• Participation is subject to review, approval, and availability

SPONSORSHIPS & SERVICES

• Sponsorships and service-based purchases are final once confirmed

• Benefits, visibility, or deliverables may vary based on event needs

• No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used benefits

DONATIONS

• Donations made to Sizzle Arts Foundation are voluntary

• Donations are non-refundable

• Donations may be tax-deductible as permitted by law

PAYMENT PROCESSING

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Fashion Sizzle® NYFW is not responsible for errors caused by payment processors.
