        Marcello Costa was born in Brazil where he lived until the age of 17, when he left the country to pursuit a career in the United States, 13 years ago. He began studying cosmetology and special effects in New York Tish University, MUD and continued honing his unique skills with exclusive workshop from L’oreal (France), Redken, Wella, Paul Mitchell, Mac Pro, Makeup Forever, Millani, Mizanni, Makeup Designory addition to working together with beauty industry icons, renowned brands and celebrities.

        Now at 35, Marcello is a multifaceted and unique hair and make-up artist inserted into the international beauty scene working with well known fashion houses, at red carpets, celebrities and cinema as well as being a fashion correspondent for Telemundo NYC and TV Azteca.

        His main highlights at red carpets and backstages were the works carried out at the Oscar’s, Grammy’s, Golden Globe’s and Cannes Festival in Europe.

        One of his specialties is working with ethnic/black hair, enabling contact in jobs with famous personalities like Stevie Wonder, Angela Basset, Terri McMillan, Oprah Winfrey, Alfred Woodard, Brandy and Queen Latifah. Among countless personalities of the music world, he’s been part of beauty teams of stars like Nick Minaj, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Alicia keys, Mariah Carrey and many other global icons of music, cinema and fashion. He has had his works published in magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan, O Magazine, Chinese Femina, Essence Magazine and others.

        Marcello Costa is very sought after in the fashion world and for assisting in beauty teams for the stars like Guido Palau and Pier Paolo in the runways of high fashion like Dolce & Gabanna, Cavalli, Versace, Armani, Tom Ford and Moschino in Paris, London, Milan and New York.
