Fashion Sizzle® New York Fashion Week (NYFW)
By accessing or using the Fashion Sizzle® New York Fashion Week website, submitting an application, purchasing tickets, attending events, or participating in any related programming, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Fashion Sizzle® New York Fashion Week is produced by Sizzle Arts Foundation.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Fashion Sizzle® New York Fashion Week (“Fashion Sizzle® NYFW,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as an independent fashion platform during New York Fashion Week, providing runway shows, exhibitions, and creative programming.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, participants, applicants, attendees, sponsors, volunteers, press, and partners.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this site or participating in Fashion Sizzle® NYFW, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
All information you provide is accurate and truthful
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
3. APPLICATIONS & SUBMISSIONS
All applications (designers, models, press, influencers, exhibitors, volunteers, beauty professionals) are:
Subject to review and approval
Not guaranteed acceptance
Valid only for the season applied
Submission of an application does not guarantee participation or selection.
4. FEES, PAYMENTS & DONATIONS
Application fees, participation fees, sponsorship fees, or ticket purchases (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Charitable donations made to Sizzle Arts Foundation are voluntary
Donations may be tax-deductible as permitted by law
Fashion Sizzle® NYFW reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, or packages at any time.
5. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Fashion Sizzle® NYFW reserves the right to:
Modify schedules, venues, programming, or participants
Cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control
Substitute designers, models, or participants as necessary
No guarantees are made regarding specific designers, models, or event content.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
All participants and attendees must:
Act professionally and respectfully
Follow all venue, backstage, and event rules
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
Fashion Sizzle® NYFW reserves the right to remove any individual who violates conduct standards, without refund.
7. MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
By attending or participating in Fashion Sizzle® NYFW, you grant permission for:
Photography, video, and audio recording
Use of your image, likeness, or work for promotional, editorial, or archival purposes
This includes use on websites, social media, press materials, and marketing content without additional compensation.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fashion Sizzle® NYFW and Sizzle Arts Foundation are not responsible for:
Personal injury, loss, or damage during events
Lost, stolen, or damaged property
Travel, accommodation, or personal expenses
Participation is at your own risk.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
This website may contain links to third-party sites. Fashion Sizzle® NYFW is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites.
10. PRIVACY
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and used.
