Volunteering at our fashion show—especially during moments like New York Fashion Week—offers more than participation. Model Coordination
Assist with model lineup, call times, fittings, and runway readiness under the direction of the show producer or model coordinator.
Backstage Assistants
Support the controlled chaos behind the runway—assisting designers, models, dressers, and production teams to ensure seamless transitions.
Designer Support
Assigned to individual designers to assist with garment handling, dressing logistics, and last-minute adjustments.
Runway & Stage Assistants
Help manage runway flow, lighting cues, entrances, and exits to maintain timing and visual continuity.
Dressing Room Assistants
Maintain order, garment care, and efficiency within changing areas, ensuring models are supported in a calm, professional environment.
Production & Operations
Support show setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics including schedules, equipment flow, and coordination between teams.
Media & Content Support
Assist with social media capture, behind-the-scenes content, press coordination, and brand documentation during the event.
